Everyone using CPBC facilities, equipment, services, or participating in club activities must review and affirm the current agreement before access or participation.
Controlled version
Current source: Waiver 2026, controlled version V-1.27.2026.13.7. The signed flow records the exact version and document hash used for each visit.
What it covers
The agreement addresses facility conduct, safety, activities, releases, assumption of risk, indemnity, emergency procedures, minors and guardians, and related club rules.
Media and recordings
Facility access includes the agreement's media recording and release terms. CPBC regularly creates club content, so this is a required part of the facility agreement rather than a separate optional choice.
How consent is recorded
Reading this page is not the signature step. Consent is recorded in the applicable membership, event, reservation, or visitor workflow so CPBC can retain evidence of who agreed and which version they saw.
